Return of Goods
Goods Unsuitable - for Exchange or Refund
In this event you must notify us immediately on receipt of the goods.If you have received an item as ordered but you would like to return it for an exchange or a refund you may do so up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please return it to us with a note of your requirements and order number and we will exchange/refund on receipt. All return carriage costs must be met by the customer and the goods are the responsibility of the customer until signed for by us. If the order was cancelled prior to despatch the carriage charge will be refunded. Please use recorded delivery or a courier company for returns, as the goods are the responsibility of the customer until signed for by us. All items must be returned unopened and unused in the original packaging. In the case of clothing, garments are to be folded as supplied in the original packaging. Any item deemed used or worn will be returned to the customer and we shall be entitled to charge for the return carriage costs via the original payment method. In the event that the payment method has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage. For non stock items, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 75% where goods have been supplied by us as ordered but returned by the customer. In these circumstances we reserve the right to refuse return of goods where there has been a contractural agreement or where the product in question has been manufactured or adapted to specific order requirements.For refunds the cost of the goods at the time of ordering less the carriage cost will be refunded via the original payment method. For exchanges there is a £3 fee to cover administration and postage of the exchanged item/s back to the customer which must be paid prior to exchange.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Please contact us by telephone on 01502 731523 or by e-mail immediately upon receipt from the courier. If the parcel is visibly damaged please sign delivery note accordingly.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
If you suspect the goods you have purchased are in any way faulty please contact us (as above) immediately upon receipt from courier. Once the goods have been received by us and any fault confirmed, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
